I assume you mean dried petals, like potpourri?
If you are in the USA, look for candle stores (Yankee Candle), home decorating stores (like Linens and Things, Bed Bath and Beyond, etc), or hobby/craft store (Micheals, Hobby lobbby)... and follow your nose.
